Hallo and welcome in making a wave digital fusssion wallpaper. it will be a very fast one. first you got to do here is to understand the technique and tool usage.
So, let??™s get going.

Create a new layer, because you'd better leave the background empty.

We will be filling the layer area with gradients, so pick a gradient. I've decided to use a dark blue to dark red, and in the middle we have some white too.

Note the layer setting. The layer mode is Pin Light.

I really don??™t think that you will be able to match my form, but try to do some gradient filling and understand how the Pin light settings effect the whole process.
So I??™ve came over with this very shape.

It's beautiful, don't you think? It's all done with only ONE tool.
I
was also searching for the filter to apply to my form. First i wanted to sharpen my image because I think it has mush blur, but then I??™ve decided to apply Paint Daubs (artistic) filter.

Here you can see the effect of the filter.

Now the next stage of the tutorial, create a new layer, turn OFF the FORM layer, the one that has our basic shape.
Chose a simple round rough brush and set the spacing to about 140%.

Make a line holding the shift key, so the line to be straight.

Now copy the layer, let??™s say 10 or more times. Moreover move each created layer as you see on the picture.
